Steve James 'Mallinson'   

Art was always my main subject during my school years, it started with drawing, painting and the Japanese art of origami and I knew then at an early age that I wanted to become an artist.

I went on to study Art Design at Burnley College, but my creative side which was fascinated by shape and form rapidly developed into designing and making sculptures.

After leaving college, I went on to learn welding / fabrication and have been working with sheet metal for over 17 years. I have combined both my passion for art and my experience in sheet metal to produce unique pieces of timeless metal art with strong clean flowing lines and bold structures.
